Key Activities
- Key stakeholder interviews designed to understand IoT solution objectives, system integration considerations overall digital transformation by IoT goals for IoT solution deployment.
- Conceptual design sessions to define the IoT solution specifications later to be used to identify the types and nature of the solution to be prototyped, tested and deployed.
- Engineering design sessions to further detail the real nature of any proposed IoT solution concepts and determine technical specifications of IoT widgets that are part of the system integration.
- Widget and technology testing to confirm that outlined IoT widgets and underlying technologies are capable and compatible in meeting the specified engineering designs proposed for the IoT solution.
