IoT Specifications
IoT User Guides
IoT Specific
- Layer-by-layer technology, specification, and compatibility recommendations
Commercially Viable
- Conceptual and engineering design of end-to-end solution aligned to usecase requirements (including cost, throughput, range and power
Implementation Ready
- Installation-ready network topology, IP network design and architecture for hardware and accessories.
IoT Proof of Concept
Confirm that the IoT initiative achieves optimal performance and iron out any teething problems before going full blast. Deploying a pilot or proof of concept (PoC) can help to de-risk your go-to-market plans.
User Acceptance Testing
Agile Deployment
PAYG
Optionality & Flexibility
- Multiple layer-by-layer options testing to find the optimal solution configuration based on the PoC scope of work (including functionality, speed, reliability, resilience and cost)
Expertly Managed
- Coordinating with the client and solution partners to prioritise the available resources and ensure that the deliverables, outcomes, and objectives of the PoC scope of work are achieved
Final Proof of Concept Report
- End of PoC report laying out the optimal and any sub-optimal solution including results from option testing, network configuration and system integration findings (including RF & electronic, civil, and mechanical)
IoT Field Installation
Deploying IoT solutions in the field can be expensive, time-consuming and resource intensive: do it once and get it done right. Not all IoT solutions will work correctly using a simple ‘plug-and-play’ approach.
WHS & Regulatory Checks
Operationally Tested
Certificates & Approvals
Site Inspection
- Evaluate site location and building infrastructure for indoor or outdoor applications to identify key potential installation points for IoT devices, antennas, cables, connectors, masts or towers and any other accessories
WHS Approved
- Confirm any prior Work, Health and Safety (WHS) assessment to identify installation considerations such as confined spaces, roof access, safety harness points, critical voltage lines, presence of asbestos etc.
Final Sign-Off Report
- Final site sign-off report including documentation of installation points, cable routes and other evidence to show that the installation has been finalised and completed according to the best standards and practice.
IoT Site Survey
Get assurance that your IoT solution will never lose network coverage: identify which base station provides optimal performance, and plan for the right installation configuration in your setup.
Multi-Operator
Best Coverage Idenfication
Indoor & Outdoor
Remote Site Survey
- Map base station (tower) distribution for the nominated carriers within a 2km radius from the site location and for each base station identified:
- Clutter and obstruction analysis along the line-of-sight (LOS)
- Band availability identification of the site location
- Each remote site survey report will provide recommendations on the following:
- Type of antenna required to optimise connection
- Antenna heights for direct or relay connection to base station
- Direction towards which the antenna must be directed to maintain optimal connectivity (particularly important for 5G band)
Field Site Survey
- Identify key potential installation points for IoT devices, antennas, cables, connectors, masts or towers and any other accessories
- Conduct signal strength analysis using RF telemetry meters to confirm antenna gain and eliminate potential signal attenuation effects within site location
- Each field site survey report will provide recommendations on the following:
- Type of antenna required to optimise connection
- Antenna heights for direct or relay connection to base station
- Ideal physical mounting locations for devices and hardware
IoT Provisioning, Staging & Onboarding
As you plan your IoT initiative roll-out, remember that setting up IoT devices even in a most basic configuration can be a complicated and time-consuming effort. We’ll take care of the nitty-gritty, so you don’t have to worry.
